1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and jli3 ("we," "us," "our," or "the Company") governing your access to and use of the jli3 online casino platform, website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Services"). • You must be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during use of our Services.

2.2 Account Registration

jli3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. You agree to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by us. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or account termination. We implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and gaming compliance standards.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Deposits

jli3 accepts deposits through approved payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, and various Philippine banking institutions as displayed on our platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are clearly stated during the deposit process. All deposits are subject to verification and anti-money laundering checks. We reserve the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable laws. 3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with our withdrawal policies and procedures. Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods registered in your name. 3.3 Fees and Currency

All financial transactions on jli3 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. jli3 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or financial institution may impose their own fees. You are responsible for any third-party fees associated with your transactions. Currency conversion, if applicable, will be performed at prevailing exchange rates determined by our payment processors.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering Compliance

jli3 strictly adheres to Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and international best practices. We reserve the right to monitor transactions, conduct enhanced due diligence, and report suspicious activities to appropriate authorities. Accounts suspected of money laundering or fraudulent activity will be immediately suspended pending investigation. Funds associated with verified fraudulent activity will be withheld and may be forfeited in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Offers

4.1 Promotional Terms

jli3 offers various bonuses, promotions, and special offers ("Promotions") to eligible players. Each Promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that are provided at the time the Promotion is offered. 7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Services may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without liability. jli3 shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from Service interruptions or unavailability.

7.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

jli3 Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jli3 disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that Services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

7.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jli3, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of Services shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your jli3 account during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

8.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to your use of jli3 Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines, for resolution of any disputes.

8.2 Dispute Resolution Process

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of jli3 Services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue formal dispute resolution. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith before resorting to litigation or arbitration. For disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may initiate binding arbitration in accordance with Philippine arbitration rules.

8.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, whether in court or arbitration, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against jli3. This class action waiver does not apply where prohibited by law.

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Termination by jli3

jli3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: violation of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to provide required verification documents; extended period of account inactivity; or if we reasonably believe continued access poses risk to jli3, other players, or third parties. Upon termination, you must cease all use of Services immediately.

9.2 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your jli3 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining account balance, subject to verification and completion of any pending wagering requirements, will be returned to you through an approved withdrawal method. Closure requests may take up to 72 hours to process. Bonuses, promotional funds, and loyalty points will be forfeited upon account closure.

9.3 Effects of Termination

Upon termination or suspension of your account for violation of these Terms, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You will remain liable for any obligations incurred prior to termination. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

10. General Provisions

10.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms and policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and jli3 regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Services.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

10.3 Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without jli3's prior written consent. jli3 may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice or consent. Any attempted assignment in violation of this provision is void.
